На самом деле всем советую почитать аналогичную ветку на observedtrials.net. Там люди грамотно говорят: если это случилось один раз - это брак; если сейчас эти обода начнут ломаться таким образом один за другим, - это уже будет означать, что обода плохие, а не райдер неудачник.

Has anyone considered that (for whatever reason) the heat treating may have been bad. In 25 years of dealing with bike stuff.... I have seen it a few times..... and yes, in trials stuff too. It may have simply been a matter of someone grabbing the wrong batch of rims as they trodded off to the anodizer. Simply call the damn dealer you got it from, explain it and more than likely you will get warranty replacement (or refund).
Personally me thinks the histeria around this one (apparently) isolated freakish incident is a bit much.
