Theres been people wanting a training video , so i started making one.And then i figured that it would be cool to try out like a guinnes record of "1finger deadlift" which i didnt find impressive at all.The guy lifted 140 kg from a stand using only middle finger on each hand and held it for 10 seconds, that was supposedly a guinnes record and i dont think its impressive(im sure lots of people can do alot better). So i tried it out and filmed it, i lifted it from the ground and had it up in the air for about 11 seconds,cool. Now that was easy why not try to lift 160 kg ? I was barely getting it off the ground when my weak left hand gave after and it slipped out of my hand(finger), then i noticed my finger, it had crushed my finger and i had to go straight to emergency room. I thought first that my tenden had snapped , but according to some doctors and an xray it seems that tip of finger had been crushed and broken off a big chunk. Now awaiting call from the hospital on when i will go in and do surgery. Oh man, im so dumb . lol .But i still think its like a freak accident, the weight crushing my finger as i hold it?WTF?I was supposed to go to Russia and have like a demo/ride there, but noooo . Devil just keeps on kicking me in the nuts, darndest thing =P
Ok, got back from hospital now. and it seems like that the part that tendons attach to on the very tip of my finger broke loose, and the tendon pulled the bit far back, you see in pic.The part broken off is what the tendon is attached to, that sucks. They say about 3 months until full recovery, hooray. Seems like that instead of snapping my tendon, it ripped clean off a part of the tip bone
